How do I claim my prize if I win?

The winning entry for each draw will be selected programmatically at random and announced during a live draw on our Facebook page. For each competition, we’ll also list the winning ticket number and details of prizes won on our website. 

If you are selected as a winner, we will contact you by email or social media message to arrange delivery of your prize. We may require additional information from you, such as your mailing address or phone number. 

Please ensure the contact information in your account is up-to-date, so that we can easily contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days of the competition’s closing date, we will randomly select a new winner and you will be unable to claim the prize.
