The Korda Digital Scales weigh up to 132 lbs, which is significantly more than the 60 lbs maximum weight on their analog scales. This is particularly useful if you plan on targetting larger fish in the UK, such as catfish or sturgeon, or fish venues containing 60 lb+ carp in France and across Europe.
The scales will weigh fish up to 132 lbs in 1 oz divisions, with an accurate weight easily visible on the LCD screen. The green back light makes it possible to read the exact weight even in the dark, and they don’t suffer from fogging up in certain weather conditions like the analog scales do.
The Korda Digital Scales also feature a built-in tare facility, which basically means you can zero the scales to your sling. To save doing this each time you’re on the bank, you can store this sling weight on the internal memory, which can hold up to 50 entries.
Also included in this prize is the Korda Compac Digital Scales Pouch. This can be used to protect the scales when not in use, with a lightweight and water resistant fabric to keep them dry on the bank. The heavy duty zip and padded foam lining keep the scales cushioned when they’re in your luggage or stored around the bivvy.
